About Electrolysis Hair Removal

Is the treatment painful?

Some sensation is normal. Most people describe it as a slight “pinch,” similar to tweezing. If you feel discomfort, we can help keep the area cool during treatment to make it more comfortable.

Do I need to shave before treatment?

You do not need to shave before your visit. Please come with hair grown long enough to be held with tweezers (about 2–3 mm or longer).

How many hairs can be treated in 30 minutes?

As a guide, dense beard hair may allow approximately 200–300 hairs in 30 minutes, and other areas about 100–200 hairs, depending on hair density and condition.

Are there areas that cannot be treated?

Yes. We cannot treat hair on moles, mucous membranes, or areas with active skin conditions.

Can you treat white hair or tanned skin?

Yes. Electrolysis can treat hair that is difficult to remove with laser, including fine hair, white hair, and hair in tanned skin areas.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, credit cards, VISA Tap contactless, PayPay, d-barai, au PAY, and Merpay.

Does the price change depending on the treatment area?

No. Pricing is based on treatment time, and you may have any areas treated within your booked time — even multiple areas — at no extra cost.

Is the technician male?

Yes, the technician is male.

Do you provide anesthetic cream?

We do not supply anesthetic creams, but you may bring and use your own if you wish.

How long does redness or swelling last after treatment?

Many people’s redness subsides on the same day, and swelling may last a few days up to about one week.

How should I care for my skin after treatment?

Your skin may become dry, so we recommend using a moisturizer. Please avoid heavy or oily lotions for a few days.
